What customers say?

“ Jerry is back! We’re so glad. Best dim sum restaurant on island. The Xiao Long Bao is my favorite! ”

“ This restaurant is amazing, definitely a hidden gem on Guam. My husband and I got the Xiao long bao, pan fried dumplings, an order of bok choy, honey walnut shrimp, and orange chicken (which both came with a side of rice). The soup dumplings were delicious, especially with their chili sauce. The bok choy was soft but crunchy (a little bit oily), but so good. The orange chicken was tasty and the honey walnut walnut shrimp was mouthwatering! The pan fried dumplings were more dumpling wrapper than filling, but they weren't bad. Overall, the bill was not bad for everything we ordered. Would absolutely go back again and highly recommend! ”

“ Great $10 lunch specials for a variety of dishes, including orange and kung pao chicken! Neither dish was exactly what I expected, but they were still delicious and great value for the price. Each special comes with two scoops of rice. Order ahead for takeout, though, because there was a line at lunch when I went on a weekday. ”

“ Delicious hole in the wall spot. Definitely going back. ”

“ One of a few authentic Chinese/Taiwanese restaurants on island. They have their own versions of the typical Chinese-American staples but you can find things that aren't offered in other restaurants. If you are looking for an actual taste of Asia, you can find that here. Ordering your typical "Orange Chicken" or "Honey Walnut Shrimp" here probably won't be your best bet. It's done a bit differently and it might throw you off because of that. Better options would be their Dim Sum/appetizer list. The Green Onion Pancakes, Milk Buns, Soup Dumplings, and Chicken Feet is as authentic as it gets. Pretty much everything on the menu is a "truer" version of what things should taste like in Asia. Service is hit or miss though. This isn't about having to flag down the server or anything like that, no, that is typical for an authentic Chinese restaurants. What I'm referring to is substitutions. It is up to the chef/cook to agree to change or sub out an ingredient or not and that's understandable. But I've had situations where a server will just straight up deny the request without confirming with the chef/cook. Specifically, I order the Cumin Lamb/Beef. Every once in awhile I'd like it a bit lighter so I would ask to sub it for chicken. And they do this which is great. But depending on the server, sometimes it just doesn't happen. Not a deal breaker but it is worth mentioning. Point is, if you have dietary restrictions, it may be difficult to get what you want/need because of a server, not the chef/cook. Prices are on par with other restaurants of the type. The dinning area was a bit warm during the last visit. This seems to be a typical thing in Guam for the smaller family owned places. Jerry Kitchen is an easy recommend for a genuine Asian experience. Stepping out of your comfort zone and ordering the non Chinese-American dishes is the way to go here. The restaurant can get filled up and the dinning area is not as big as it used to be so it's best to go at an odd hour to ensure you get a table. ”

“ Extremely good everything was wonderful I can see why it was busy when I came in. The second I tasted the fried rice I knew it would be good. I got soup dumplings chicken fried rice and cumin beef. The food came out fast and the prices are extremely reasonable. Some of the best food I’ve had on island. ”

“ All of the food tastes delicious I’ve tried the shrimp shumai, fried wontons, salt and pepper shrimp , wonton soup, honey walnut shrimp , Beef brisket hot pot to name a few. EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!! Love it! ”

“ This place is amazing. Hands down. Clean, excellent cook service, incredible high quality food. It’s a minimalistic interior with diner seating essentially- you’re not going here for frills, but when the food comes…. oh man, out of this world! The quality and quantity is phenomenal- something you don’t see often on Guam. Rivals dim sum I’ve actually been to in Hong Kong! Absolutely one of my favorite spots on island. I would specifically recommend the egg custard tarts, the shrimp shumai, and ANY of the dumplings/soup dumplings. Amazing high quality taste and perfect service. Will come back again and again! ”
